Privacy Policy

Your account email, optional display name, the birth profile you enter (date, and optionally time and place), your saved decodes, your timeline entries, your conversations with the Elura guide, and your consent record.

When you register we store an auditable consent record: the policy and disclaimer version and date you acknowledged, the timestamp, the platform you registered from, and whether you ticked the optional marketing checkbox.

Your email address is synced to our email provider, Brevo, so we can send essential account and service messages. Marketing email is sent only if you actively opted in with the checkbox:

“I'd like to receive Elura newsletters, insights, product updates, and occasional offers. I can unsubscribe at any time.”

You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time; essential service messages continue.

You can view and edit your profile, decodes and timeline in the app. To withdraw consent, request a copy, or have your account and data deleted, contact us and we will action it.

Data is stored on managed infrastructure with row-level access rules so each account can only reach its own records.
